Abstarct: The design of wind turbines should always be such that it provides the highest possible efficiency. For this purpose, the designer can have a more open view of the type of design by having some basic information. To know the amount of electric power produced by the turbine, it is necessary to have the mechanical power curve of the wind turbine blades according to the wind speed. By knowing the mechanical power curve of the rotor, the designer can design a turbine that has the maximum efficiency compared to the wind in the installation area. Presenting a method to experimentally obtain the power curve of a wind turbine rotor according to the wind speed is the subject of this research and for two types of horizontal axis turbine blades, a three-bladed rotor with a diameter of 110 and 220 cm with the proposed method, this work has been experimentally investigated and Its speed-mechanical power diagram has been extracted.by extracting the rotor rotation torque diagrams for two types of blades, it can be seen that the amount of torque produced by the rotor increases as the rotor rotation speed increases. At a certain speed for each wind speed, the torque reaches its maximum value, and then with the increase of the rotor speed, the slope of the torque curve becomes negative and tends to zero. The reason for this is the separation of the wind flow from the rotor blades as the rotor speed increases.
